Multi-track Defendant RTA Solicitor/CILEX (NQ+)

\nOur client is a well-respected defendant firm with offices nationwide. They are currently recruiting for a Defendant RTA Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their Liverpool office on a hybrid basis.

\nYour new role
\nThis Multi-Track Defendant RTA role will see you responsible for:

\n\t
• Handling your own caseload of litigated defendant RTA matters typically valued up to £100,000. These will include personal injury and credit hire matters.
\n\t
• Building and maintaining relationships with a range of insurer clients.
\n\t
• Assessing liability and quantum.
\n\t
• Drafting pleadings, including defences and witness evidence
\n\t
• Conducting your own advocacy either in court or by telephone.
\n

\nWhat you'll need to succeed

\n\t
• You must be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive.
\n\t
• Previous multi-track RTA experience.
\n\t
• Excellent communication and IT skills.
\n\t
• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
\n\t
• Excellent knowledge of CPR.
\n

\nWhat you'll get in return

You can expect a primarily litigated caseload of defendant RTA matters. A competitive salary of up to £50,000 is available dependent on experience. There is an excellent level of hybrid working available.
