\nA position has come up to join this firm's Birmingham office within their serious injury practice. This is an interesting opportunity to handle a wide range of serious and fatal injury cases while developing your career in a supportive environment.

\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage a diverse caseload of catastrophic and fatal injury claims
\n\t
• Lead cases from start to finish with autonomy and confidence
\n\t
• Focus on achieving the best outcomes for clients, including rehabilitation and early intervention
\n\t
• Assess case value, negotiate settlements, and manage claims efficiently
\n\t
• Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
\n\t
• Contribute to team development and community-focused initiatives
\n

Who We’re Looking For:

\n\t
• Legal executive or solicitor with 2+ years PQE
\n\t
• Proven experience in serious injury claims 
\n\t
• Confident managing cases independently, including higher-value claims
\n\t
• Strong client care and proactive case management skills
\n\t
• Knowledge of litigation processes, deadlines, and case valuation
\n\t
• Familiarity with case management systems
\n\t
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
\n
