Your Opportunity We are looking for a

Senior Manager

to join the Canadian Tax team and own the following responsibilities:

Evaluate client business processes and policies, advise on tax policy and changes to meet market needs, and develop proactive tax strategies to maximize business opportunities.

Apply specialized knowledge to anticipate, identify, and address tax issues relevant to the client’s business.

Provide technical and project‑management leadership to team members on Domestic Tax projects, ensuring quality control standards.

Identify, develop, and implement strategies for clients to capitalize on business and tax opportunities, including preparing and reviewing tax reorganizations and corporate, trust, and estate tax returns.

Build positive working relationships with clients and provide effective support for engagements.

Participate in business‑development initiatives and identify new opportunities with existing clients.

Train staff and invest in the professional development of your team.

Your Experience and Education

Completed CPA designation and the In‑Depth Tax Program and/or a Master’s in Tax.

7 years’ experience in public accounting with at least 3 years specializing in Tax.

Extensive understanding of relevant tax legislation, corporate, personal, and trust tax planning and compliance.

Strong teamwork, client service, quality orientation, and analytical communication skills.
