Mandarin Translator

Responsibilities

Translate a wide range of documents (legal, technical, business, literary, etc.) from Chinese to Indonesian and Indonesian to Chinese.

Interpret spoken language during meetings, conferences, or calls as needed.

Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in translations.

Review and edit translations done by others for quality assurance.

Collaborate with other translators or project managers for large or time-sensitive projects.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Stay up to date on relevant terminology and industry standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, Chinese Language, or related field (preferred).

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Native or near-native proficiency in both Chinese (Mandarin, Simplified/Traditional) and Indonesian.

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
