Responsibilities

Develop and execute creative content and visual designs for internal communication and social media campaigns

Create, edit, and produce engaging video content to support communication and branding initiatives

Manage and publish internal content and other employee engagement materials

Promote company programs, events, and initiatives through compelling multimedia and social media storytelling

Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality content across various platforms (print, digital, video)

Maintain documentation of creative requests, processes, and deliverables

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Visual Communication Design or related field)

Skilled in design software and video editing tools

Strong creative thinking with a passion for social media trends and storytelling

Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills

Willing to be placed in Jakarta Barat
