CGC Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading tier 2 commercial building head contractor and have been engaged to recruit an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a high-performing builder to deliver a major $60m+ large format retail development in Karratha. This is a key leadership role overseeing full site delivery and driving program, quality, and safety outcomes on a high-profile North West project. With over 70 staff and a strong pipeline of work across WA, this builder is well-established in the commercial market and delivers projects across retail, industrial and commercial sectors. Key Responsibilities - Senior Site Manager

Lead all on-site construction activities from commencement through to handover Manage subcontractors, trades, program and site logistics Maintain high standards of safety, quality and compliance Coordinate closely with project management, engineering and design teams Drive programme to ensure milestones are met on time and within budget Build strong relationships with stakeholders, consultants and subcontractors Ensure site reporting, procurement support and documentation is completed accurately Requirements

Minimum 10+ years' proven Site Management experience on commercial or industrial builds Background delivering large-scale new-build projects $40M+ Retail / large format retail experience highly regarded Strong programming, subcontractor management and HSE focus Excellent communication and leadership with the ability to drive team performance FIFO experience beneficial, but not essential Offer & Benefits
