Global Payroll Specialist

Your mission
Manage full-cycle payroll processing in our payroll system for a portfolio of assigned clients
Serve as the primary payroll expert for your client portfolio, ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery
Enter, validate, and process salary changes, bonuses, benefits, and other payroll-related data with precision
Conduct thorough payroll reviews and verifications, implementing four-eyes control principles to ensure compliance and accuracy
Prepare payment files, accounting entries, and reconciliations for client approval
Generate monthly payroll reports, analytics, and documentation for clients and internal stakeholders
Provide expert guidance on payroll matters, including statutory requirements and best practices
Participate and contribute in development projects in global payroll process improvements
Your profile
Diploma or bachelor's degree in HR-Payroll, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
+5 years of working experience in payroll or in an HR department with an interest in learning payroll management.
You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Experience with an international HR or payroll system, experience with Swiss payroll nice to have
Very good English skills (minimum C1 level), essential for daily client interaction and ideally French or German nice to have
Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and dynamism
Capacity to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
Ability to prioritize workload and ability to work with strict reporting deadlines
Strong adaptability to diversified systems and solution-oriented mindset
Experience in team coordination or junior staff mentoring nice to have
