Kollosche is recognised as the market leader in prestige property on the Gold Coast, with a dedicated New Projects division specialising in luxury residential developments. We have a strong pipeline of premium, off-the-plan projects on market and launching across key Gold Coast locations.

About the Opportunity The Head of New Projects is a sales and listing focused leadership role responsible for building, leading, and inspiring a high-performance sales team to deliver market-leading results in the mid to upper developments sector across the Gold Coast with a view to further expansion in the future. This role prioritises securing the best projects on the market, achieving ambitious sales targets, guiding developers on product positioning and pricing strategy, and maintaining Kollosche’s reputation as the Gold Coast’s leading prestige agency. Sales objectives are supported by marketing and operational initiatives. The Head of New Projects will bring the team together, and support the New Projects Sales Manager to lead agents within the division.

Key focus areas for the role include: Business Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of luxury projects, secure new stock, and foster relationships with developers.

Sales Leadership: Drive a high-performance sales culture, set ambitious targets, and ensure accountability through coaching and training.

Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute annual business plans, including revenue growth strategies and efficiency improvements.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Align marketing, sales, and operations to deliver seamless client experiences and uphold luxury standards.

Brand Positioning: Strengthen Kollosche’s reputation as the leading prestige agency through expert insights, events, and marketing campaigns.

Success in this role will look like: Consistent achievement or surpassing of revenue and sales targets across all new projects.

A motivated, high-performing sales team with clear KPIs and strong retention.

Positive developer and stakeholder feedback, reflecting trust and seamless project delivery.

Increased market share and brand recognition in the luxury apartment segment.

Efficient processes and reporting frameworks that support strategic decision-making and profitability.

About you You’re a strategic leader with 10+ years’ experience in luxury real estate sales and project marketing, ideally with involvement with high-end projects and sophisticated developer clients.

Proven ability to drive business growth, secure new projects, and deliver exceptional results in a competitive market.

Skilled in building and motivating high-performing teams, with a passion for coaching and developing talent.

Strong commercial acumen, confident in managing P&L, setting revenue targets, and presenting to executive stakeholders.

Exceptional relationship builder, able to foster trust with developers, investors, and internal teams.

Highly organised, proactive, and committed to upholding premium standards across branding, client experience, and operations.

Current Real Estate License for QLD or hold a licence eligible for dual recognition.
