Principal Consultant – Organisational Development (Permanent, Full Time, East Perth). Closing Date: 2025‑11‑27.

Main Responsibilities The Principal Consultant leads the development and implementation of strategic organisational development programs, projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the Department’s agenda. They manage multiple projects simultaneously, collect, analyse and present data, and collaborate on learning, development and employee engagement initiatives.

Eligibility

Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or holder of a valid visa with the relevant work rights.

Consent to and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education’s Screening Unit before commencing.
