Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to support the development, maintenance and optimisation of modern digital applications. You’ll be joining a collaborative, high-performing environment delivering user‑focused software solutions across a large suite of digital products.

The role involves contributing to the continued enhancement of more than thirty digital products, including several high‑visibility, nationally utilised systems. This position offers flexible working arrangements, with an expectation of being on‑site at least three days per week.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Develop robust, efficient and reusable software components to enable the delivery of high‑quality digital products.

Provide expert technical guidance to developers, analysts and subject‑matter specialists.

Design, implement and negotiate infrastructure and software solutions spanning cloud environments, ensuring scalability and reliability.

Contribute to a positive engineering culture focused on continuous improvement, security, collaboration and user‑centred delivery.
