Job Responsibilities

Provide regular progress reports and market insights to stakeholders.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Job Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of professional recruitment experience with demonstrated success in headhunting, especially in Telesales position.

Full professional proficiency in English (verbal and written).

Expertise with LinkedIn and advanced sourcing methodologies.

Proven ability to manage multiple searches and prioritize effectively.

Strong assessment and negotiation skills.

Self-directed with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
