Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten Craigieburn is opening soon and we are excited to welcome a passionate and experienced Centre Manager to lead our brand new centre. This full time role is an incredible opportunity to build a strong team culture, guide quality practice and create a warm welcoming community for children, families and educators.

The Opportunity and Responsibilities

Lead day to day centre operations

Guide mentor and support your team

Maintain high standards of education and care

Build strong relationships with families and the community

Oversee compliance and ensure regulatory requirements are met

Support occupancy growth engagement and centre success

About You

Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education

Previous experience as a Centre Manager or Assistant Centre Manager

Strong leadership capability with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

Warm confident communicator with strong relationship building skills

Solid understanding of Regulations and National Quality Standards

Commitment to excellence in education and care

Current First Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate

Current Working with Children Check and Police Check
