Qualifications

Has 5 years of experience in senior business development, people leadership, sales consulting or growth strategy

Communicates confidently and clearly

Thrives working independently in a fast‑paced environment

Is comfortable using platforms like LinkedIn, Zoom and Google Meet

Prefers to be rewarded for results, not hours logged
