Personal Injury Defense Attorney in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory Job Title: Legal Counsel Job Responsibilities:

Manage a mixed practice of common law and statutory benefits across NSW, ACT, and federal (Comcare) schemes.

Deliver excellent client outcomes in complex and often litigated matters.

Collaborate with senior practitioners, counsel, and external experts to resolve legal and technical issues.

Maintain strong compliance and file management practices in line with National Practice Standards.

Build trusted internal and external relationships, including with stakeholders and referring bodies.

Contribute to team development, knowledge sharing, and profile-building activities.

Support and mentor junior team members as a senior leader within the practice.

Education and Experience Information:
