Job Description Senior Consultant – ThinkPay team.

Key Responsibilities

Support the delivery of data analytics and payroll remediation activities, leveraging knowledge of payroll and HR systems.

Contribute to the development of insights that help clients make informed decisions and manage risks related to employee entitlements.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including legal, systems, governance, and behavioural risk specialists to deliver fit‑for‑purpose solutions.

Assist in managing client relationships and contribute to project planning and execution.

Desired Qualities

Experience in data analytics, workforce compliance, or broader consulting.

Understanding of payroll processes, time and attendance systems, and people and payroll analytics is advantageous.

Familiarity with modern awards, enterprise agreements, superannuation, and leave entitlements is advantageous.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications

STEM degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics.
