Responsibilities

Initiate, lead, and manage Oleochemical process modifications and improvements, such as increasing yields/capacity, reducing consumption, and implementing new technology/materials.

Responsible for daily in-process quality control monitoring, process control, addressing alarms, and troubleshooting process problems.

Perform calculations and simulations related to mass, heat transfer, and liquid gases thermodynamics.

Monitor process efficiency on reactions, heat exchangers, economizers, and separation equipment to meet or exceed KPIs.

Conduct hazard operability analysis or equivalent and participate in safety audits/assessments.

Qualifications

A degree in a related field.

1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.

Willing to relocate to the job location.
