Position: Junior sous Chef
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or senior Chef De Partie.
Strong understanding of Japanese cuisine is highly desirable.
Excellent culinary skills and attention to detail.
Ability to assist in managing kitchen staff and daily operations.
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Passionate about culinary arts and eager to learn.
