About the team The Private Business and Family Advisory team create value and improve the way our clients work by providing advice such as asset protection, business performance, business reporting, accounting and taxation management, wealth protection and generational change management.

About the role As Corporate Affairs Senior Officer you will work collaboratively with the Corporate Affairs Team, key stakeholders across the firm, and from time to day with our clients. You will be responsible for providing accurate and timely preparation and lodgement of company secretarial documentation.

Key responsibilities

Assistance with document management, including the maintenance of new and existing procedures to ensure efficiency and

Review of procedures and processes to ensure data integrity.

Preparation and lodgement of a wide variety of ASIC forms and supporting documentation, including but not limited to Annual Company Statements and Solvency Declarations, Changes to shareholdings, Audit Relief Forms and Resolutions.

Preparation of Members’ and Unitholders’ registers and board minutes.

Incorporation of companies and establishments or vesting of trusts.

Dealing with ASIC, SRO and other relevant authorities in relation to the provision of corporate secretarial services.

Qualification within Business Administration or another related

Prior experience within a Corporate Secretarial role, ideally within professional

Experience in BGL CAS 360
