Hr assistant

1. Posting & Screening

Assist in posting and updating job listings on Jobstreet, Jobstreet Express, and Glints.

Help organize incoming resumes daily and perform initial categorization based on standard screening criteria.

2. Send Interview Questions & Follow Up

Send standardized interview questions via email to candidates as assigned by the HR officer.

Follow up on candidate responses, track who replied “OK,” and submit the list to the HR officer.

3. Add Candidates on WhatsApp & Sync Information

Assist in adding candidates on WhatsApp and updating communication status in the recruitment tracking sheet.

Ensure candidate data is accurate and kept up to date.

4. Record Recruitment Data & Prepare Daily Reports

Record daily recruitment figures, including resume count, emails sent, “OK” replies, and WhatsApp additions.

Assist in filling out and submitting the daily recruitment report, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

Basic Skills

Familiar with using recruitment platforms (e.g., Jobstreet, Glints).

Able to organize and categorize resumes with basic screening ability.

Able to send and follow up with candidates via email.

Able to use WhatsApp and maintain communication records.

Proficient in Excel or spreadsheet tools to accurately complete daily recruitment reports.

Soft Skills

Detail‑oriented, ensuring the accuracy of candidate information.

Well‑organized, able to complete daily records and reporting.

Good communication skills to follow up with candidate responses.

Language Skills

Basic English and/or Indonesian email communication skills (as candidate email correspondence is required).
