Senior Functional Manager

We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow functional leader to join our consulting team and drive large-scale, platform-enabled transformation programmes — especially within Global Business Services (GBS) and enterprise environments.

This is a client-facing consulting role where you’ll design future-state operating models and translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions. You’ll work closely with global stakeholders, enabling improved service delivery and operational efficiency through the Now Platform.

What You’ll Do

• Design GBS Models – Define target operating models, service portfolios, and process blueprints.
• ServiceNow Functional Consulting – Convert business needs into user stories and functional requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement – Work with process owners, service leads, and IT teams to ensure strategic alignment.
• Agile Delivery – Manage backlogs, support sprints, and lead UAT for functional validation.
• Change Enablement – Develop training content and support platform adoption across teams.
• Continuous Improvement – Identify and extend ServiceNow use across HR, Finance, Procurement, etc

About You

• 5–10 years’ experience in functional consulting, transformation, or business analysis
• 3+ years working on ServiceNow implementations
• Strong understanding of GBS/shared services models
• Proven ability to support platform adoption and lead functional design
• Skilled in user story creation, backlog management, and agile delivery
• Confident communicator and stakeholder influencer
