Personal Injury Associate Solicitor

We are working with an esteemed regional law firm who are looking for an Associate Solicitor to join their Civil Litigation practice within their Belfast office.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a leading Personal Injury team, advising both plaintiffs and defendants on personal injury matters. The candidate’s duties will include litigation, including asbestos related matters, and advising on matters such as medical negligence, road traffic accidents, criminal injury, and accidents at work, at home, and public places. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to get involved in business development initiatives, while maintaining strong connections with the firm’s client base.

Essential Criteria:

• 2-5 PQE;
• Strong background in personal injury law and civil litigation;
• Outstanding academics;
• Technically excellent;
• Negotiation skills;
• Willingness to become involved in business development;
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
