Job Overview:

As the Store Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth functionality, excellent customer service, and adherence to company standards. Leading a team of passionate staff, you’ll foster a positive and productive workplace while driving store performance.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, including sales, inventory control, and profit and loss management. Recruit, train, and lead a motivated team to deliver exceptional service. Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and build lasting customer relationships. Ensure compliance with workplace regulations and safety standards. Drive initiatives to support the local community. Qualifications: Proven experience in retail management. Strong planning and organizational skills. Leadership capabilities with excellent communication skills. Financial expertise, including managing profit and loss statements. Proficiency in inventory control and reporting systems. Experience managing fresh produce is highly regarded. Full Australian Working Rights - Unrestricted Unfortunately this position does not support visa sponsorship What’s on Offer: Competitive salary up to $75,000 + Superannuation.
