The role Support the expansion of ADLV Law’s Private Client / Wealth / Estates practice, handling complex estate plans, succession for business owners, asset protection, EPOAs, testamentary trusts, deceased estates, and advisory to accountants/IFAs. You will shape the practice vision, develop and mentor junior lawyers, own client outcomes, and build a sustainable, scalable service model alongside our CEO and executive leadership team.

What you’ll do

Develop and mentor junior lawyers, teaching critical thinking beyond drafting

Own client outcomes and build a sustainable, scalable service model

Co‑create strategy and growth with transparency and shared accountability

We’re looking for someone who

Has 5–10+ PQE in private client or estates (or adjacent tax/commercial with strong estate exposure)

Wants to lead, teach, and help junior lawyers succeed

Feels stuck where they are but wants growth, impact, and ownership opportunities

Cares about client experience, team culture, and quality systems

Is done with the solo grind but not ready to give up impact or settle for “just another job”

Success in 12 months A thriving practice with repeatable monthly matter flow and a small, proud team, at least one junior lawyer who is confidently growing, clear metrics on margins, client experience, and team performance, and progress toward equity.

What we don’t ask you to do Run payroll, negotiate leases, wrangle legacy PMS software, build spreadsheets from scratch, or chase invoices all day. We are upfront about expectations and build leadership together with real support.
