We are looking for an experienced Site Managers to join our team and lead some commercial, Interior Fit out and Luxury Residential Build projects located across Melbourne.

What you will be doing : Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of construction crews and subcontractors

Oversee the implementation of construction plans and schedules

Programming works to ensure they are completed on time

Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise

Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations and company policies

Liaise with clients, architects and other stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns

Provide leadership and guidance to the construction team, fostering a positive and productive work environment

Requirements Must have experience as a Site Manager in commercial construction, and Luxury Residential Builds

Proven experience delivering projects on a time

Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings and specifications

Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, equipment and safety regulations

Strong Knowledge in Hammertech & Procore OHS systems

Strong project management and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors and the wider project team

Proven leadership and team management skills

Carpentry background is preferred.
