Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bancassurance Specialist based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The role involves building relationships with bank partners and customers to promote Manulife’s insurance products. Key responsibilities include delivering product presentations, identifying customer needs, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent post-sale customer service. Bancassurance Specialists will also collaborate with bank staff to enhance product understanding and drive revenue growth through cross-selling initiatives.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills

Sales, negotiation, and customer service expertise

Ability to work independently and effectively within a banking environment

Basic understanding of life insurance and financial products

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field

Prior experience in bancassurance, insurance, or banking is an advantage

Proactive mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes
