The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a skilled Delivery Consultant to join our team at AWS. In this role, you'll work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives. You'll be a key player in driving customer success through their cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities

Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs; Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery; Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies; Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies; Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts. Working with Customers

Engage with customers to understand their security challenges in the cloud and help design technical solutions to address these needs. Support AWS teams and customers across the ASEAN region as the security SME, providing prescriptive guidance on AWS best practices for security and resilience. About the Team

5+ years of cloud-based solutions experience (AWS or equivalent), including systems, networks, and operating systems; Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent; 10+ years of experience in security, compliance, and risk management; 10+ years of technical design and architecture experience; Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CRISC) and knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, CIS Benchmarks, ISO27001). Preferred Qualifications

7+ years of experience in IT platform implementation and project management; Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Terraform); Experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation); AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional); Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences; Consulting experience with engagement methodologies and executive communication.
