The project intends to demonstrate end to end digitization in healthcare and develop a digital saturation model at district level, leveraging fit for purpose digital solutions/interventions through the use case of improving reproductive, maternal and child health service delivery indicators.**Position Overview**PATH is currently seeking a **Senior Consultant** for Policy/Community Engagement to assist the Government of Maharashtra who would support and strengthen reproductive and child health interventions, and community engagement towards preventive and promotive health.**Duty Location:** Public Health Department, NHM, Maharashtra**Key Roles and Responsibilities*** Understanding the current programs (especially maternal and child health, adolescent health, community engagement) and status of their implementation and approach* Visit to district/block level for assessment of these programs, to meet various stakeholders, practitioners and organizations* Documenting stories/cases/voices from the field highlighting strengths and aspects that need to be strengthened* Exploring engagement of practitioners/organizations/institutions to support and strengthen such programs* Demonstrating and strengthening participatory approach (wherever possible) in the content and its practice with community groups* Overseeing and supporting capacity building processes/programs that focus on engagement with adolescents and women* Exploring and establishing linkages with sensitive and committed organizations to bring in newer ideas and possibilities* Identify scope of digital intervention to strengthen above stated programme components.**Qualifications and Experience*** The consultant should be specialist in Policy/Community Engagement and have wide experience (25-30 yrs) in community engagement, especially with women, children and vulnerable groups. S/he should have an understanding of policy formulation, implementation and program management. S/he should be willing to travel.**Essential Skills*** **Capacity Building**: Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing capacity-building initiatives within the health and social development sectors, using participatory and community-driven approaches.* **Communication Resource Development**: Proven ability to develop effective communication strategies and tools, including IEC/BCC materials, tailored to diverse audiences and contexts.* **Research & Documentation**: Strong background in conducting behavioral and social research, with hands-on experience in documenting processes and outcomes through comprehensive reports, films, and other creative formats.**Location:** **Maharashtra****Reports to:** Lead – Digital PHC #J-18808-Ljbffr
