Set the vision – Develop and deliver WHS and Wellbeing strategies that anticipate future trends and create an optimal environment for all. Engage at the highest level – Partner with the Board, CEO, and C-Suite to embed positive due diligence and confidence in WHS risk management. Lead with impact – Build capability, influence stakeholders, and foster a proactive safety culture across the organisation. Drive continuous improvement – Oversee ISO compliant systems, workers compensation performance, and innovative wellbeing programs. What you'll bring

A seasoned WHS leader with 10+ years in senior management roles. Expertise in WHS legislation, ISO systems, and workers compensation. Strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and proven ability to lead high-performing teams. Relevant WHS qualifications and membership with the Australian Institute of Health and Safety.
