We’re searching for a General Manager to lead a high-performing Adelaide broking operation through its next phase of growth. This is a rare opportunity for a driven, commercially minded people-leader to take full responsibility for a well-established business and shape its future.

The Opportunity You’ll oversee the branch, lead a medium sized team of staff, and drive a portfolio generating high premiums and high revenue. You’ll be across everything - from strategy to people to client outcomes.

This role suits someone who brings energy, spark and sharp thinking, with the confidence to make decisions and the hunger to push for growth… while understanding that in a competitive market, a win is still a win.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading the business day-to-day across both branches

Driving new business strategy and commercial outcomes

Full A–Z leadership: hiring, performance, culture, development

Managing a portfolio of clients

Supporting the team on larger, more complex accounts (not processing—driving outcomes)

Building strong relationships internally and externally; client-facing and visible

Ensuring operational excellence and performance consistency

Working directly with senior management on the future direction of the business

Who We’re Looking For

10+ years insurance broking experience

A genuine people leader who wants to develop and inspire a team

Someone client-focused, relationship-driven, comfortable “rubbing shoulders”

Doesn’t need to be overly technical - you will have specialists around you

Energetic, ambitious, sharp, and ready to run hard

Perfect for an Account Director / Senior Account Manager ready to step up

Strategic yet hands‑on when needed

Commercially minded, strong decision‑maker
