Live Oak Environmental, Huntington, TX, is seeking a Safety Manager to join our team with a yearly salary range of $80,000 - $95,000. The chosen candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the safety of our workforce and the community. You will lead safety initiatives, implement protocols, and conduct training to maintain a secure work environment. In this position, the candidate should be well-versed in DOT compliance.

$80,000 - $95,000 yearly Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned. Implements, manages, and maintains all elements of a comprehensive Health and Safety Program. Continuously improve employee/facility safety and ensure compliance with OSHA / FMCSA/ State regulations Measures and drives continuous improvement of comprehensive Safety Programs through participation/review of information collected through Internal Audits; Accident / Injury / Incident investigations Manage property damage for each location Performs Safety audits on each site quarterly Works closely with operations on events and accidents DOT Rules and Regulations DOT Maintenance of records Qualifications:

Education and Experience Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited) or in lieu of a degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited). (Preferred not required) Experience: Four (4) years of relevant work experience

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, or Other Requirements None required

Other Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities Required Must be proficient with MS Office applications with expertise in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
