Can you combine great administrative, organisational and managerial skills with sensitivity to the needs of young people who have a learning disability or autism?
This is a temporary role available on a fixed term contract until July 2026
You'll work term-time (42 weeks a year), overseeing and planning a large staffing timetable in our eEast Midlands further education provision in Nuneaton. You'll ensure changes are made instantly to staff daily timetables so we have the right people in place at the right time for the learners we support.
Reporting to the Programme Manager, you'll liaise with staff, with people we support, their families, and our College partners to understand everyone's needs and support levels, taking into account staff sickness and annual leave.
Working closely with Programme Co-coordinators, you'll also oversee day-to-day operational issues, reporting any serious issues to the correct manager. This includes operating the daily on-call system and taking calls from 7:30 am each morning and mapping out how to reallocate staffing on our in-house timetabling system (you'll receive full training on this).
