Branch Manager

About The Role As Branch Manager of our ARC Traralgon location, you will bring your exceptional leadership, sales and operational management strengths to the role. You will lead the branch to achieve all people, financial, operational, and safety goals.

Responsibilities will include:

Driving new sales/customer growth through key market segments (residential, commercial and industrial)

Supervise and develop a small team

Lead and manage operations in a fast‑paced, hands‑on role whilst balancing day-to-day responsibilities

Champion safety across the branch, setting the standard to ensure the safety of employees, customers, suppliers and visitors at all times.

Oversee and deliver on daily distribution/production plans and targets

Monitor and manage costs against targets

Implement and facilitate training and work‑force planning

P&L responsibility

Operational and safety administration

Suitable candidates will present with strong leadership experience and a proven track record in driving a high‑performance sales and safety culture.

You also have skills and experience in the following areas:

Sales and account management

Commercial mindset
