The opportunity An immediate opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Application Developer .Net to work on a portfolio of application projects, contributing to the complete application lifecycle from inception, architecture, design, development and support. As part of the Digital Team, you will assist the organisation on a number of application development projects. The Digital Team is divided into three groups: (i) Customer Experience, (ii) Team Experience and (iii) BAU. You will also provide Tier 3 application support by investigating incidents, fixing bugs, developing improvements and performing maintenance on the current portfolio of bespoke .Net applications.

Required mandatory skills

C# – Demonstrated experience writing Single Page Applications (SPA) such as React, Angular, Vue

MVC/Web API – Strong knowledge of SQL Server from an application development perspective

Entity Framework

Geospatial concepts

Front end framework experience (e.g. Angular and/or React)

SQL Server Reporting Services

PowerBI

Azure Logic Apps and/or Function Apps

ARM Templates

Power Platform

Good knowledge of Agile Software Development Methodologies, software and system design, database and system modelling skills

Knowledge of MS Power Platform
