RN - Case Manager

Job Summary The Case Manager RN will assess and interpret customer needs, identify solutions for non-standard requests, and solve moderately complex problems. This role requires minimal supervision and involves coaching and guiding others while serving as a resource for less experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements. Identify solutions to non-standard requests and problems. Conduct moderately complex analyses and solve related issues. Work independently with minimal guidance; seek support only for complex tasks. Translate concepts into practice and provide explanations on difficult issues. Coach, provide feedback, and guide others; act as a resource for less experienced staff.

Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Current BLS certification. 1+ years of recent professional nursing experience in a hospital, medical office, or clinical setting. 1+ years as a registered nurse OR 2 years as a licensed practical nurse in a relevant practice area.
