Responsibilities

Develop and implement online and offline strategies for organic growth, engagement, and collaboration in Reapra communities, new generations of founders or those interested in Reapra themes

Organize events, workshops, and initiatives to foster a strong sense of community among members

Actively network and establish connections with potential entrepreneurs, industry stakeholders, and partners

Lead the strategic vision for the community, aligning efforts with Reapra's long-term goals

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance the overall impact of community-building initiatives

Leverage social media platforms to promote Reapra, staying updated on trends and engaging with the community online

Involved in founder sourcing and continuous learning process

Requirements Key Skills

Passion for Entrepreneurship: Genuine passion for entrepreneurship and understanding of the start-up ecosystem

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for fostering engagement and building relationships

Networking Abilities: Adept at networking and establishing connections

Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop plans for community growth

Innovative Mindset: Creative and open to exploring innovative approaches to community engagement

Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills for addressing challenges within the community

Empathy: Crucial for understanding the needs and concerns of community members

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes and evolving community needs

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills for planning and executing events and initiatives

Data Analytics: Basic knowledge of data analytics for measuring the success of community engagement initiatives

Social Media Savvy: Proficiency in leveraging social media platforms for community building and promoting Reapra

Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners

Willingness to Self-Discover: A proactive attitude towards self-improvement and staying informed about industry trends, ensuring personal and professional growth

Results-Driven: A results-oriented mindset focused on achieving tangible outcomes in community growth and engagement

Engage and Manage Key Stakeholders: Ability to engage decision makers on a daily basis

Previous Community Building Experience: Prior experience in community building, preferably within the start-up or entrepreneurial space

Language Skills: High Proficiency in English will be preferred

Benefits
