HVAC Supervisor & HVAC Mechanical QA/QC

Supervise and lead HVAC technicians and subcontractors in performing maintenance and repair activities.

Oversee the installation and commissioning of HVAC equipment

Plan, schedule, and allocate work orders to ensure minimal downtime and efficient operations.

Verify that installations meet design specifications, quality standards, and industry codes.

Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Manage HVAC spare parts and consumable inventory.

Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, local regulations, and industry standards

Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and equipment history

Prepare technical reports, performance analysis, and recommendations for system improvements.

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or equivalent,

Minimum

2–3 years

of experience in HVAC maintenance, with at least

2 years in a supervisory role

in the oil and gas, petrochemical, or heavy industrial sector.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems
