Role Description

This is a part‑time hybrid role for an Accountant at Dotlab, requiring work from our Jakarta office with some remote flexibility. The Accountant will manage financial transactions, analyze budgets, prepare financial reports, ensure regulatory compliance, and support financial planning. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include recording financial data, reconciling accounts, monitoring expenses, and contributing to the company’s financial strategies. Additionally, the Accountant will collaborate with team members to maintain accurate and transparent financial records.

Qualifications

Proficiency in financial reporting, budget management, and accounting principles

Hands‑on experience with bookkeeping, financial analysis, and tax compliance

Familiarity with accounting software and tools

Strong analytical, organizational, and detail‑oriented skills

Effective communication abilities and teamwork

Ability to adapt to a hybrid working model with a proactive and self‑motivated attitude

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Experience working within a consultancy or similar industry is a plus
