YOUR ROLE As a KEY member of this winning Commercial Disputes / Litigation team (being led and mentored by internationally recognised award-winning litigation partners), representing blue-chip clients, you will love using a full-spectrum of traditional and non-traditional dispute resolution strategies to deliver creative, commercially practical and cost efficient solutions.

You will be acting on significant / complex disputes, including class actions, public and private investigations (eg ASIC, ASX, ACCC, Royal Commission) + international disputes relating to trade practices, commercial contracts, corporate takeovers, employment law, IP, tax, insolvency / restructuring, insurance, construction / property and energy / resources.

WHO YOU ARE

Have 3-10+ years PAE experience in commercial litigation with a 1st / 2nd-tier firm or specialist boutique firm;

Have strong advocacy / negotiation skills + a strong commercial acumen + are a proven 'strategic' thinker;

Proven ability to manage client relationships;

Are ambitious and want to be the best lawyer and holistic person you can be + want to work with and be inspired by top passionate professionals.
