Estate Litigation Lawyer

A highly regarded private client team, recognised for its strength in estate litigation and succession planning, is seeking a Solicitor to join its growing practice. You will work closely with two senior Partners, including a QLS Accredited Specialist in Succession Law, and become part of a team known for delivering exceptional client outcomes.

About the Role You will join a well-structured and supportive team undertaking a mix of estate litigation and general private client work, with a primary focus on contested estate matters. The practice has robust systems and processes in place to maintain quality and efficiency, and all lawyers receive ongoing training and support.

You will gain exposure across the full range of estate and succession matters, including:

Estate administration and succession planning

Contested estate litigation

Powers of attorney and advance health directives

Superannuation, trusts, and asset protection

Wills, testamentary trusts, and complex family and international structures.

About You

Minimum 1+ years PAE in estate litigation

Strong written and verbal communication skills

The ability to work collaboratively as well as independently

Confidence in communicating with clients

High attention to detail, organisation, and the ability to manage competing deadlines

Familiarity with ActionStep, iManage Work, or Lawdocs (preferred)
