About the Role This is an exciting leadership opportunity to oversee and grow a national division of legal practice. You’ll lead a high‑performing team, ensure compliance and quality assurance, develop strategic partnerships, and champion tech‑driven transformation in legal services.

Key Responsibilities

Together with other Heads of Practice, lead and support a national team of lawyers, conveyancers, and managers

Provide strategic leadership aligned with governance and partnership requirements

Ensure practice compliance with regulatory standards, service level agreements and internal policies

Champion innovation and continuous improvement in legal service delivery

Oversee internal audits, complaints resolution, and quality assurance frameworks

Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and professional development

Act as a key liaison with stakeholders, particularly real estate and financial partners

Supervise the development of staff and lead structured learning and development initiatives

What We’re Looking For

5 – 8+ years PAE in property law with a principal practising certificate (or ability to obtain one)

Proven track record in leading and mentoring high‑performing legal teams in a dynamic regulatory environment

Exceptional stakeholder engagement, relationship management, and negotiation skills to drive collaboration and business success

Demonstrated ability to execute business growth strategies, expand service offerings, and enhance operational efficiency

Expertise in compliance, risk management, and governance with a focus on proactive leadership and strategic oversight

Enthusiasm, confidence, energy and positivity
