Responsibilities

Analyze and oversee operational activities of Merchandisers (MD) & BA MT in the field to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Prepare and maintain reports on the 5P’s (Product, Placement, Price, Promotion, and People) performance in the assigned area.

Develop strategies and optimize processes for Modern Trade channel operations.

Track and manage data related to rental agreements and assets in the area.

Supervise and manage manpower in the field to ensure tasks and goals are met efficiently.

Requirements

Prior experience in Sales or Merchandising, preferably in Beauty Industry.

Strong operational management skills with proven experience in field supervision.

Proficiency in data analysis and report preparation.

Experience in handling and managing manpower in an operational setting.

Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with English proficiency being an advantage.

Analytical thinker with the ability to develop strategies and solve problems.

Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta and conduct field visits as required.
