The Impact You'll Make in This Role
As the Director, HR Business Partnering Metro North Region you will:
Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to drive effective and consistent delivery of People services that align with organisational priorities and objectives through the provision of high-quality services and expert advice on a range of operational and strategic HR matters.
Implement contemporary people practices that are consistent with HR service delivery across the system as a whole and which advance the department's people strategy and drive a performance orientated culture.
