The Role We’re looking for an

Investment Manager, Senior Investment Analyst or Associate Director-level professional

to join our investment team.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership and take a hands‑on role across:

Acquisitions and developments

Capital raisings and investor engagement

Financial modelling and valuations

Due diligence and IC materials

Operator, lender and adviser relationships

Market research and strategy

Supporting the growth of the Axon platform

We’re open to

relocation to Brisbane

(costs covered) or

remote work with regular trips to Brisbane .

About You

4+ years in chartered accounting, corporate finance, private equity, real estate or funds management

Transaction and modelling skills

Interested in healthcare (naturally curious and second order thinker)

Self‑starter who enjoys autonomy and a fast‑moving environment

Comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders
