Project Director

Job Description

We have a unique opportunity for a Project Director to join one of Australia's leading contractors who operating across all sectors with a national delivery capability.

With a secure pipeline of work over the next 5 years, they are looking to appoint a Project Director to oversee projects in the Industrial division valued at circa $100M.

Role & responsibilities

Setting programs and budgets from structure through to handover

Managing client and consultant relationships

Driving construction teams and subcontractors on site

Bringing projects in on time, to quality and under budget

The ideal candidate will have

Bachelor Degree in Building, Construction Management or relevant industry qualifications

10+ years experience working on construction projects as a Project Manager

Experience managing commercial projects in excess of $30 Million

Client facing with a proven track record in working well under pressure

Sound knowledge of the NSW construction market including sub-contractors etc

Ability to lead and performance manage a construction team to achieve agreed outcome
