Major Projects, Infrastructure & Construction Lawyer

We are really excited to grow our market‑leading team by hiring a mid‑level Lawyer with experience across predominantly across infrastructure and construction projects to be based in our Brisbane office. This role will provide a unique opportunity to work across construction and infrastructure projects, while gaining exposure to energy transition matters.

While you will predominantly work with our Brisbane based Partners, you will also collaborate closely, and have opportunities opportunities to work with Partners based in Melbourne, Sydney, and Perth. As we are a global Firm, there is also enhanced connectivity within our global network and the ability to work on deals across the world.

About you :

2-4 years' post admission experience in, or a demonstrated keen interest in infrastructure, energy transition, construction, defence and / or transport projects;

Passionate, down to earth, light-hearted and diligent;

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;

Strong drafting ability;

A commercial approach;

Strong attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills;

Ability to be team-focused and also work independently; and

A proactive, positive and energetic approach with a commitment to providing excellent service and, a desire to interact with the market and build client relationships.
