Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee inventory, dispatch, receiving, storage and distribution of critical project materials. This role is all about leadership, optimisation and making sure our national projects get what they need, when they need it.

You’ll drive improvements and lift standards ensuring accuracy, safety, efficiency and strong service to internal stakeholders.

What You Will Do

Lead daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, dispatch and stock control

Maintain high standards of inventory accuracy, organisation and WHS compliance

Implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce errors

Coordinate with procurement, logistics and project teams across the country

Track KPIs, prepare reports and support continuous improvement initiatives

Assist with scaling of operations

What You Bring

Proven experience managing warehouse operations in a technical or project environment

Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive standards and outcomes

Excellent organisation, time-management and communication abilities

Track record of improving processes, systems and team performance

Ability to work closely with project managers, field teams and senior leaders

Bonus: Warehouse certifications or logistics qualifications
