Investors can hold these exclusive plots for capital appreciation or develop private villas for personal use and attractive rental yields.
Job Role
The client seeks a driven, motivated, and experience-minded Sales professional who is an expert in the Property Development industry and experienced in selling both lots and properties, especially hospitality properties such as hotels and villas. These properties are already-built and custom-built to the client’s standards, designed for the international market.
With a lean team, the Sales Manager will manage all sales strategy and execution and focus on promoting the client’s projects across Lombok and Sumbawa, collaborating with the Marketing Team, and reporting directly to the owner.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end sales of luxury properties, including land plots, custom-built villas, and premium real estate assets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), investors, and international buyers.
Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations to close high-value transactions.
Collaborate with Marketing to support branding and promotional initiatives aligned with sales goals.
Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to management.
Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client engagements across Bali, Lombok, and Sumbawa.
Candidate Requirements
Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
Experience:
At least 5 years of experience within the Sales functions.
Minimum 3 years of proven track record of closing deals, ideally in luxury property or high-value assets.
Industry Knowledge:
Direct experience in selling luxury villas, land, or other high-end real estate.
Background in luxury goods (jewelry, watches, designer fashion, etc.) also considered.
Language Skills: Business-level oral and written English.
Professional Skills:
Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills with affluent clients.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Mobility: Willing to be based on-site in Bali and travel frequently to Lombok and Sumbawa.
