Head of Sales

Head of Sales and Business Development Responsibilities

Lead and oversee overall sales operations, including strategy development, execution, and performance management across multiple cities.

Develop and implement sales expansion strategies for new markets — from market research and team setup to operational execution and performance tracking.

Build, manage, and grow high-performing sales teams; ensure team members meet individual and collective targets.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.

Collaborate closely with cross‑functional departments (Marketing, Operations, Product) to align sales initiatives with company objectives.

Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor movements, and market opportunities to identify growth potential.

Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to ensure profitability and long‑term sustainability.

Ensure operational excellence and attention to detail in all sales and project management activities.

Requirements

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Background in SaaS, E‑Commerce, or technology‑driven companies is highly preferred.

Proven track record of leading expansion projects — successfully launching and managing sales operations in multiple cities from the ground up.

Strong experience in team building, coaching, and performance management.

Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong project management and analytical abilities, with high attention to detail.

Visionary mindset with a focus on long‑term company growth and scalability.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly in a dynamic business environment. Able to join immediately is an advantage.
