Job Purpose Collaborate in the design and implement the processes related to TCP group (cabin crew) of Vueling labour relations, , in accordance with the legislation and regulations in force in each country, and the Company labor relations strategy, to ensure harmony between the company, workers or personnel and the unions, in such a way as to preserve or improve productivity and labor costs, and ensure coherent and homogeneous management and conditions.

Main Accountabilities Ensure the correct application of the agreed working conditions for workers. Safeguard the interests of the Company without hindering the work of the legal representatives of the workers, and to resolve any doubts that may be brought to our attention. Ensure the minor defense of the interests of the Company before the different judicial jurisdictions. Reach agreements that safeguard the interests of the Company and ensure a clear and safe working framework for employees. Safeguard the interests of the Company. Safeguard the interests of the Company, and ensure the correct application of the agreements. Ensure the simplicity and efficiency of the processes. Main Responsibilities - Tasks Support in the review of employment contract templates, drafting and enforcement of sanctions. Manage and ensure the delivery of all information to be provided to trade unions. Manage, organise and prepare claims, lawsuits, conciliations, etc. Provide support in negotiations with trade unions when required. Assist in drafting minutes, agreements, or any other required legal documentation. Implement agreements reached with trade unions and ensure their proper follow-up and fulfilment. Support the creation and implementation of the department's own processes, ensuring simplicity and efficiency. Implement global HR policies and manage labour relations across all countries where Vueling operates, reporting to the Labour Relations Manager and collaborating with businesses and support teams. Communicate effectively with managers, executives, and union representatives on a daily basis. Manage labour grievances by investigating incidents, validating claims, ensuring adherence to contract policies, and overseeing resolution procedures. Coordinate with HR and other departments to foster positive employee relations and ensure effective communication between employees and management. Perform any other responsibilities or functions inherent to the role.

Education Bachelor’s degree ideally in r Labour Relations or labour sciences Experience 1-2 years experience in labour relations Languages English: C1 / Spanish: C1 / French: C1 Location Viladecans, Barcelona
