The role involves building trusting relationships with existing Wialon partners and ensuring their needs are met through effective communication and support. Responsibilities

Building trusting relationships with existing Wialon partners in the assigned time zones/according to language skills. Regular communication via email, phone, video, and personal meetings. Negotiations with partners according to the processes. Identification of their needs. Informing about partner community policies and monitoring compliance. Market research within the assigned sphere of responsibility. Constant maintenance of clients' database using our CRM. Participation in expos with/without the company booth in the specified region; business trips and expo-related preparation tasks. Regular reports to the Head of the Partner Success Team. Assistance to the Head of the Partner Success Team and senior colleagues upon request. Qualifications

Experience in sales or customer service roles in the IT sphere. Full professional proficiency in the

English language. Full professional proficiency in the

Chinese (Mandarin, B2+ or HSK5) language Excellent memory, developed logical thinking, ability to analyze information and draw conclusions. Time-management skills in a saturated work environment. High productivity and speed of work. Required Skills

Analytical thinking. Proficiency in CRM tools. Preferred Skills

Public speaking experience would be considered a big plus. Experience in international business. Experience in telematics. Knowledge of computer science. Pay range and compensation package
